Which shipment methods may I choose from?
Goods are shipped with express courier
The goods will be delivered during office hours: if the courier cannot find anyone at the shipping address, they will leave a notice with the contact information to agree a new delivery.
How much time does it take for my order to be delivered?
Your order will be delivered at the address provided within 1-2 working days for orders placed before 3 pm. For orders placed after 3 pm, please consider an extra day for delivery.
In case of payment with wire transfer, the goods will be shipped on the day after the total amount of the order is credited to our account.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free of charge for orders over €29. For orders under €29, shipping costs depend on the type of shipment selected and destination of shipment. For each product, you may know the shipment costs by adding them to the shopping cart.
How can I verify the good conditions of the goods delivered before I accept the delivery?
The parcels may not be opened before signing the courier documents. Therefore, we recommend to check the conditions of the packaging and products delivered when you receive the order. We take the utmost care and attention in packaging and shipping the parcels. However there may be some inconveniences, even beyond our control.
If the parcel is damaged or the sealing tape is not intact, please write on the delivery receipt “Goods subject to inspection due to…” with a description of the problem.
Then, write to firstname.lastname@example.org reporting the problem encountered. We will work together to solve any problems.
How can I track the shipment of my order?
To track your shipment, go to the My Account area, then click on the order details and “Track shipment”. You will receive the link to track your shipment also in the email confirming the shipment
Will I receive a notice communicating the moment of delivery for my order?
We will send you an email at the moment of shipment, when the order leaves our warehouse.
The email will also contain the expected date of delivery
Will I be contacted before the delivery?
No. The delivery will be within office hours but it is not possible to know ahead of time the exact hours from the couriers.
Can I choose a specific date and time for the delivery?
The shipment with courier has a pre-set date of delivery. You cannot choose a different date, or indicate a specific time. The delivery will be on the day indicated in the email which we will send to you as soon as we hand over the goods to the courier, during office hours.
What happens if no-one is there when the courier arrives?
The courier will leave a notice of failed delivery with a telephone number you can contact to schedule another delivery.
Will the courier deliver my order directly at home?
The couriers will deliver the goods at the street number, at street level and are usually not authorised to carry the parcels to upper floors.
Can I modify the shipping address?
You can modify the shipping address only if the order has not been shipped yet.

Do you ship anywhere in Italy?
Yes. We ship anywhere in Italy, including Livigno, islands and the Republic of San Marino (only for private customers, if the order is placed by a company we do not ship to RSM). We do not deliver in Vatican City.
Do you make deliveries abroad?
Yes. We ship goods also outside of Italy but not directly from the website. To receive an estimate of shipping costs please contact us at the address firstname.lastname@example.org with the city, postal code and country of destination for the shipment
How can I know what is the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order at all times by accessing the My Account area and order details.
You will find a link redirecting you to the courier’s website where you will visualize the processing status of your shipment
